All UTS Tiny Homes are designed and fabricated on a custom trailer which has been engineered as a complete foundation first, and trailer second. We utilize our own engineering to provide the best foundation possible for your tiny home. While traveling down the road, your tiny home will experience hurricane force winds, over magnitude 5 earthquakes, and constant vibrations. By utilizing standard building practices, designed to withstand these forces, your tiny home will be built on a trailer foundation that can be safely and legally towed down the road.
